2013 Ski Season Room Availability and Special June Rates
by AdminFollowing the allocation of 2013 Ski Season member priority bookings all remaining season bookings will be handled by Elsa and Errol on +61 2 6457 6050 and then through the completion of the on-line Booking Request Form.
We are pleased to note that Attunga has recently implemented a new Commonwealth Bank credit card acceptance facility so telephone payment can now be made through Elsa & Errol without surcharge.
In keeping with standard practice, 7 day Sunday to Sunday bookings will always be given immediate priority and confirmation upon payment whereas confirmation of part week booking requests may be delayed at the discretion of the managers where 7 day bookings are considered possible around the part week dates requested.
The website room availability calendar has been updated to reflect member bookings taken for 2013 to date and a listing of current room availability is set out below ahead of a proposed email to Attunga’s non-member email list in the next few days.

Renovation of the two rooms on the lounge & dining room level is expected to commence on Monday 22nd April as previously foreshadowed and Elsa and Errol expect to have the 2013 Ski Season Menu prepared in the next week or two.
Special Catered Rates from June Long Weekend
Contingent on total lodge bookings for 12 adults or more the following rates are offered to members and their guests:

As these catered rates are contingent upon bookings for a minimum of 12 adults in the lodge over the nominated dates we propose to depart from Attunga’s normal procedure of payment with the booking request form.
In this case we ask that you discuss you room requirements with Elsa and Errol and then complete and submit an on-line Booking Request Form for members and your guests which will then be reviewed against other bookings received for the nominated dates. Once the minimum of 12 adults for the lodge over the nominated period is reached you will be notified by email and payment will be expected within two days.
In the event that the minimum of 12 adults is not reached for catering rates will revert to off-peak self-catered with payment also due 2 days after confirmation from Attunga.
